1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lextar AI platform (“the Service”), operated by Lextar AI Legal Solutions Inc. (“Lextar AI,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lextar AI provides AI-powered legal analysis tools designed for Canadian immigration law. The Service offers citation-backed legal research, document analysis, and case assessment tools for use by qualified legal professionals.

Important: Lextar AI does not provide legal advice. The Service is a research and analysis tool intended to supplement, not replace, the professional judgment of qualified legal practitioners.

3. User Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by licensed legal professionals, paralegals, and authorized immigration consultants. By using the Service, you represent that you are a qualified legal professional or are operating under the supervision of one.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payment and Subscription

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lextar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
